Copper alloy forgings

KSN provide forgings made of copper and copper alloys such as brass, bronze, nickel silver and copper. We manufacture raw and machined components in weights from 10 g to 50 kg. Components are produced from drawings, 3D- models or patterns. We produce for industrial customers in series, in quantities from 500 to 500,000 pieces.As an additional service we also offer component assemblies, for example customized fittings. Valves for gas and water in particular are not only assembled here and pressure tested, but also packed and labelled ready for in shop shelf display.Together with our partners, we offer services such as polishing, plating and coating.
